Bartender Beefcake Steve
Bartender Steve was kinda famous just for being a sexy bartender. He was very friendly and just a genuinely nice guy. Sure he didn’t wear a shirt while serving his customers.. which got him some extra tips.. But he didn’t seem like he was all about the money.
Anyway.. it was another situation where I needed a model. It’s actually hard to find models.. and even harder when you don’t have any money to give the models. I did my best. I figured Steve would probably be cool with it.. and he was. It was just hard to schedule the photo shoot.
Photo Shoot Model
Because bartenders often don’t get home until 3 or 4am .. they aren’t available until late afternoon. Luckily he made some time for me just before one of his shifts. That seemed to be the best time without messing up his entire day..
We didn’t go very far for this shoot. Just in the back alley and on the roof of the bar that he used to work at.
I dunno why I asked him to get up in that tree.. but he did and he was pretty quick getting up there as well. He worked out at the gym a lot. Big muscles mean more tips at any gay bar.
I also thought it would be fun to do a few photos with some water. Like he needed to cool down type thing. He was down with that as well. We saved those shots for the end because we didn’t want him dripping wet for the rest of the shoot. Again, he was very gracious about the whole thing and brought some extra shorts.
When the photos were published he seemed pretty happy about them. Sometimes models get very critical of the photos that get selected. Steve wasn’t like that all.
I haven’t heard from him in years. Last I heard he had left town and moved in with his boyfriend.
